Students from Bartram Trails and Creekside HS came to our weekly SV meeting last week to learn about how to share their faith with others. Going over the Gospel reminded me of how I came to Christ almost 17 years ago! Because of Karen sharing that little booklet with me on campus at UCF during my senior year, the Lord opened my eyes and heart to receive the free Gift of grace He offers to those who believe in His Son Jesus Christ. Karen continued to disciple me for months after and even became my roommate in 1997 when I reported to staff and worked with SV at Cypress Creek HS in Kissimmee. She then moved to Paris for five years to reach people for Christ. On November 1,2009 I was able to see Karen on her wedding day marry her best friend, Tim Crebbs. It was a beautiful answer to many years of prayer!
